Abby and Tyler love saying "Abre, Abre!" when they want something to open (like a door) ... and while that's not what they were saying here ... they did want to OPEN a birthday package that arrived the other day in a major way. Judy and Jim - how sweet of you to send Abby all of those adorable Disney nightgowns, and the great fairy necklace/book! Abby waited not-so-patiently for dinner and baths to be over that night, then we let her open your gift (several days early). Everything was a HIT!
Grammy helped her try on one of the nightgowns (which she modeled for us ... but I didn't get a good picture of that!) You guys were so sweet to think of Abby on her birthday, and ... extra points for gifting something with a fairy theme! Abby wore the dewdrop/raindrop necklace to school the next day and felt SO special! Thank you.
