We had a bunch of fun the few days leading up to Christmas, and then of course, on the big day too. I was just too busy to get pictures posted. Thanks to all of you loyal readers for indulging me in my "bloggy break," especially you grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins far away! This was Christmas Eve Eve (not a typo ... it was the 23rd) ... Mom and the kids decided to decorate a real gingerbread house to add to our festive decor!
Don't let Abby fool you ... in the photo above, she was actually eating the decorations! I caught her red handed ... OOPS!
And Tyler decided to follow suit! The only decorations off limits were the red hots ... as they were too hot for little mouths!
Grammy thought they would work better as a Rudolph nose for Abby ... but we made her join in the reindeer games as well!
Didn't the house turn out beautiful?!?
