Easter fell at the tail end of Spring Break this year, so needless to say, things were busy. To spread events out some, St. John's held the annual church Egg Hunt the following weekend. It was kind of strange to have it after Easter, but the kids didn't seem to mind. I love the shot above of Abby in mid-run. And, the one below of Dennis helping Tyler check out his candy.

After the egg hunt, I spent the afternoon helping Jenn get her new house in shape to move in the following weekend. Jenn purchased a townhome in SouthWood in a to-die-for location ... facing the lake, and just a hop, skip and a jump from the pool and town center. Doesn't her new "U" flag look adorable?

Then, Dennis and the kids met me in SouthWood that evening for the Pops in the Garden performance, by the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra. The theme was space ... and Star Wars (!), which went over great with this family.

We all enjoyed the music, and when the kids got antsy, they left our picnic spot and got their sillies out by rolling down the nearby hill. What a great spring evening!

Little did we know what fun was in store once the sun went down though! A real light saber battle ...
